If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange or return a product please contact us at info@lolaandfoxy.com. All returns and exchanges need to be within 30 days after purchase and need to be in new condition and hang tags attached. If there is a product defect such as stitching or hardware defects we need the merchandise returned to Lola & Foxy for review. We do not accept returns from regular wear and tear or rough wear of products, including scratching or biting of collars. Lola & Foxy will not be responsible for shipping and handling charges that are associated with returns and exchanges.
